What stays current

The details that change should not depend on memory.

AttorneyCal brings the information you need for upcoming hearings into one maintained calendar, without mixing it into your existing calendars.

Schedule changes

Dates, times, court locations, and hearing formats stay aligned with current public court information.

Hearing access

Reviewed remote-hearing links can live with the event instead of remaining scattered across emails and notices.

One clear calendar

AttorneyCal-managed events remain separate while appearing in the Google or Microsoft calendar experience you already know.

How it works

From the court schedule to the calendar you already open.

01

Verify your attorney record

Sign in by email and match your Utah Bar number so AttorneyCal follows the schedule belonging to the correct attorney. Ambiguous matches wait for human review.

02

Connect one account

Authorize Google or Microsoft. AttorneyCal creates and maintains one dedicated calendar in that account.

03

Keep the schedule current

Upcoming hearing data is refreshed, and calendar events are added, updated, or removed as the source information changes.

One dedicated calendar. Purpose-limited access.

AttorneyCal asks for the account access needed to create and maintain its calendar, with an important difference between providers.

Google

AttorneyCal requests your Google account identity and access to calendars the app creates. It cannot list or edit your pre-existing calendars, and it does not import events from them.

Microsoft

Microsoft’s available calendar permission is broader and permits calendar read/write access. AttorneyCal uses it only to identify the connected account and create and maintain the dedicated AttorneyCal calendar; it does not import events from existing calendars.
